I'll have to try the Szechuan Chicken, Gladys,

Misc.
We also love Chinese BBQed pork so I'll try that one too, the recipe I normally use calls for pork tenderloin. I also use it in fried rice. We have just started seeing little Pei Wei Asian Diners pop up in the metropolitan areas of AZ. My husband could eat their Spicy Chicken Salad twice a day! It has Kung Pao-type flavored deep fried chicken breast pieces atop a salad of mixed greens and dressing with rice noodles underneath. They make many dishes, you decide if you want pork, shrimp, chicken, veggies, tofu or a combination in them. I'm a huge veggie and tofu fan, so that's all I have tried aside from stealing the occasional piece of chicken from my husband's salad! They have a great Orange Seared Tofu and their Kung Pao Tofu is great too. You can get white or brown rice or half brown and half white. My only concern since we eat there almost every time we travel to Phoenix is the sodium content. I need to get busy and reasearch that. Thanks for the tips-Micha
