Recipe(tried): Corn Relish recipe worth repeating

Misc.

I know that many of you have terrific sweet corn in your gardens right now and just for you I'm including this recipe. I'm not sure where I obtained it, it may have been on this site but just in case you missed it, here it is again:
Corn Relish
1 7oz. whole kernel corn
1 can Mexicorn
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 oz pimento, chopped & drained (I used diced red pepper)
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 Tbsp celery seed
Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add to other ingredients and cook til thick. Store in refrigerator. Keeps several weeks.
