Breads - Bread Machine
for a medium loaf of multi grain bread:

1 1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup bulgar whear ot cracked wheat
2 Tbsp wheat germ
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup oats 1 1/2 Tbsp gluten (optional)
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup non fat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp yeast
