Recipe(tried): Crab 'n Stuff, Strawberry-Cheese Ball, Cranberry Chicken
Appetizers and Snacks These are some very easy appetizers that can be made ahead, except for adding the sauce and jam. The chicken can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
Crab 'n Stuff
8-oz. imitation or real crab meat
8-oz. cream cheese
Seafood or cocktail sauce
Combine cream cheese and crab. Shape in a ball. Pour seafood sauce over crab ball. Serve with wheat crackers.
STRAWBERRY-CHEESE BALL
1 cup mayo
1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 green onions, chopped
Mix in ball and refrigerate over night. Pour 5 oz. strawberry preserves over
ball just before serving.
Cranberry Chicken
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 8-oz. Catalina salad dressing
Chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
Put chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Combine cranberry sauce and salad dressing. Pour over chicken breasts. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
