HEATH TOFFEE BAR COFFEE CAKE


1/2 CUP BUTTER, MELTED 1 TSP SODA
2 CUP FLOUR 1 EGG
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR 1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 CUP WHITE SUGAR 6 HEATH TOFFEE
BARS, CHOPPED
1 CUP BUTTERMILK 1 CUP PECANS, CHOPPED


BLEND FLOUR, BUTTER AND BOTH SUGARS. SET ASIDE 1/2 CUP OF THIS MIXTURE. TO THE REMAINDER, ADD THE BUTTERMILK, SODA EGG, VANILLA AND 1/2 OF THE HEATH TOFFEE CHIPS. BLEND WELL. POUR INTO GREASED FLOURED 9 X 12 BAKING PAN. MIX REMAINING 1/2 CUP OF HEATH TOFFEE CHIPS WITH PECANS AND ADD TO SET ASIDE MIXTURE. SPRINKLE EVENLY OVER TOP OF BATTER. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES.


OREO ICE CREAM

1 CAN CONDENSED MILK 2 CUP WHIPPING CREAM
3 EGG YOLKS 12-15 OREO COOKIES,
CHOPPED
4 TSP VANILLA


BLEND CONDENSED MILK,EGG YOLKS, AND VANILLA. WHIP CREAM UNTIL STIFF. FOLD WHIPPED CREAM AND COOKIES INTO MIXTURE AND FREEZE.

FLORENTINE MUSHROOMS

12-OZ PKG FROZEN SPINACH SOUFFLE, THAWED 1/2 TSP SALT
1 CUP DRY BREAD CRUMBS MELTED BUTTER
1 TSP LEMON JUICE 24 LRG MUSHROOM CAPS, STEMS REMOVED
1 TSP INSTANT MINCED ONION PARMESAN CHEESE

COMBINE SPINACH SOUFFLE, BREAD CRUMBS, LEMON JUICE,ONION AND SALT. BRUSH CAPS WITH BUTTER. STUFF MUSHROOM CAPS WITH SOUFFLE MIXTURE. PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET. SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE AND BAKE AT 375 DEGREES FOR 15-18 MINUTES. SERVE HOT.


CHEESE AND SEAFOOD STUFFED MUSHROOMS

24 LARGE MUSHROOM CAPS 1/4 CUP SWISS CHEESE, GRATED
1/4 CUP BUTTER, MELTED 4 OZ CRABMEAT, SHRIMP OR COMBINATION
1/2 CUP CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED SALT
2 TBS SOUR CREAM PEPPER
1 GREEN ONION, CHOPPED 1 GARLIC CLOVE

BRUSH MUSHROOM CAPS WITH BUTTER AND ARRANGE ON COOKIE SHEET. BAKE FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES AT 375 DEGREES. BEAT CREAM CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM TOGETHER. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. FILL MUSHROOM CAPS WITH MIXTURE. BAKE 10-15 MINUTES UNTIL HOT AND CHEESE BUBBLES.


CRAB DIP

1/2 CUP CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED 1 TSP GARLIC SALT
1 TSP LEMON JUICE 1/2 BOTTLE HEINZ CHILI
SAUCE
1 SMALL ONION, MINCED & SAUTEED 1/2 LB CRABMEAT,
SHREDDED
2 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE PARSLEY FLAKES
2 TBS MAYONNAISE

MIX TOGETHER ALL BUT CHILI SAUCE, CRABMEAT AND PARSLEY. SPREAD ON BOTTOM OF MEAT PLATTER. POUR CHILI SAUCE OVER CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE. SPRINKLE SHREDDED CRAB OVER CHILI SAUCE, THEN SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY FLAKES.
