Recipe: Creamy Avocado Dip (using sour cream)

CREAMY AVOCADO DIP

"A creamier version of guacamole. Use as a dip for tortilla chips, fresh vegetables or as a topper for burgers, tacos or nachos.""

1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Tone's Dried Cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tone's Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon Tone's Ground Cayenne Pepper

Peel and mash avocado with pastry blender or fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Makes 1 1/2 cups
