Recipe: Reba McEntire's Praline Sweet Potato Casserole (using vanilla and cinnamon)
Side Dishes - PotatoesREBA MCENTIRE'S PRALINE SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE
1 (40 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained*
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
FOR THE TOPPING:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
3 tablespoons flour
Mash potatoes, add sugar, 1/4 cup melted margarine, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Put in greased casserole.
Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over top of potato mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings
