Recipe: Cheesy Chili Dip (stovetop or crock pot)

CHEESY CHILI DIP

"Great to make when the whole gang is coming over to watch the next big game."

2 cups sour cream
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (14 1/2 ounces) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 package French's Chili-O Seasoning
Optional garnish: chopped fresh tomatoes, green onions or peppers
Tortilla chips (for serving)

Combine sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and seasoning in a large saucepan. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over medium low heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses are melted and dip is hot.

Pour into serving dish and garnish top with chopped fresh tomatoes, green onion or peppers if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.

TO MAKE IN A CROCK POT:
Heat on LOW for 2 hours
