Recipe(tried): Creamy Onion Soup

I have a very good recipe that tastes like Fr Onion soup

2 lg onions
2 T butter
2 cups schredded Swiss cheese
I can Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 T soy sauce
1/2 t. pepper
slices French bread

Saute onins in butter, mis all ingredents together xcept ofr about 9 thin slices of French
bread buttered on both sides. Layerbred on top and bake at 325 degrees for 30 min. I hope you enjoy this, seems to be a hit whenever I make it..I also sprinkle a bit of the schredded cheese..Cheryl
