The 'crispy oatmeal cookies' recipe is excellent. One suggestion for you bakers. Use the Silpat liners that are available. These cookies still have a tendency to stick to the foil. With the mats, let cool slightly and they just slip right off of the mat. Less hassle...and guaranteed beautiful cookies!!
