Desserts - Cookies, Brownies, Bars
BEST-EVER BLENDER BROWNIES

1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup walnut halves
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 squares (1 ounce each) unsweetened chocolate, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla

Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl; set aside.

In a blender, process walnut halves, 1/3 cup at a time, switching motor on and off until coarsely chopped. Stir nuts into dry ingredients. Set aside.

Place remaining ingredients in blender and puree until well-blended, 25-30 seconds. Add to dry ingredients; mix well. Spread into greased 9x9x2-inch square baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees F until done, 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Serve plain or frost with favorite chocolate or mint frosting. Cut into squares or bars.
