Crock Pot Spaghetti Sauce

Brown 1 lb. ground beef seasoned with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, or any seasonings you usually use for 1 lb of meat. (may also add 1/2 pound sausage for more flavor)

Combine in crock pot: Meat, 2-3 cans stewed tomatoes, 3/4 cups chopped celery, 3/4 cups grated carrots, 1/4 cup grated zuccini or egg plant.

Add 1 package dry season package for spaghetti sause, 1/2 package mushrooms, salt to taste, 1 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. garlic salt, 1 tsp. onion powder or 1/4 cup chopped onion.

Cook on low in crock pot for 6-8 hours stirring occasionally. Variations may include adding wine, etc.
