Recipe(tried): Easy Spaghetti Sauce (microwave)

You can make this on the stove or in the microwave.

Brown 1 lb. ground beef with some chopped onion and minced garlic.

Drain the fat and add:

1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. grape jam
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dried oregano and basil to taste.

Cover and simmer for half an hour or longer.
If cooking in the microwave, I cover and cook on high power for ten minutes, then on 50% power for 15 to 20 more minutes.
