Recipe: Curried Chicken for Loren (another recipe)

Curried Chicken

1 chicken
1 large onion grated or diced
1-2 green apples grated
butter or oil (or oil spray)
1 teaspoon curry powder or to taste
1 chicken stock cube
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
light cream and/or milk
spiral pasta or other pasta
paprika

Cut chickent into bite size pieces, place into casserole dish and set aside. Lightly fry onion in oil or butter til soft. Add apple and curry powder, fry for a few more minutes. Add cans of soup and stock cube and stir over a low heat until boiling. Turn off heat and add cream and/or milk, stirring until you get a sauce consistency. Pour sauce over chicken sprinkle with paprika and place in oven 350F for 20-30 mins. Cook pasta while chicken is in the oven. Serve curried chicken over pasta. Serve with bread rolls and salad.
