Main Dishes - Chicken, PoultryBRAZILIAN-SPICED OVEN-ROASTED CHICKEN
"This delicious crisp-roasted chicken is made transcendent by a combination of fresh citrus zest, hot chiles, and fragrant spice. Brazil has the largest population of people of African descent in the Western Hemisphere, and this fact is largely reflected in its cuisine of spicy foods that incorporate chiles, paprika, and copious amounts of garlic."
