Recipe(tried): Dearest Jackie: I do my Ali-Oli in the blender (OSTERIZER). I incorporate first

Misc.
the garlic cloves, seasonings & egg & begin blending the mixture. Without stopping the blender, I drop the oil by the opening in the cover of the blender (Or processor) very slowly- (like a fine thread). After 1/2 minute then I begin adding the oil faster until it is finished & the sauce is emulsified-mayonnaise like. Lately, I had used my new food processor (11 cup Cuisinart)& it is easier because it becomes solid almost inmediately. The egg should be at room temperature before using it.

I am so glad that you liked the recipe. Tp the remaining Ali-Oli, you can add some chopped parsley & you will have a delightful green sauce. I usually add cilantro with the seasonings at the begginning of the process because I love the resulting light green color.

Thanks for letting me know dear friend.

Gladys/PR
