Recipe: Miami Subs Steak and Cheese Subs (copycat)

This is the only recipe I could find from Miami Subs.

MIAMI SUBS STEAK AND CHEESE SUBS (copycat)

foot long sub rolls
thin steak slices (sandwich steaks)
chopped onion
chopped green bell pepper
sliced fresh mushrooms
mayonnaise
mozzarella cheese slices
sliced medium thick tomato
lettuce
sliced black olives (optional)
Velveeta cheese slices (optional)

Warm sub rolls, without crisping.

Saute steak, onions, peppers, and mushrooms on stove top.

Smother bun roll inside with mayonnaise.

Place all ingredients in bun, making sure temperature melts cheese.
