The directions for removing the blade is from the instruction manual-The Bread Machine Model ABM6000
Remove the kneading blade from the pan. It may be necessary to fill the pan with water in order to loosen the blade from the shaft. Clean the pan and blade with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid. Never use abrasive or strong hosehold cleaners since they will damage the non-stick finish. Towel dry.
