Recipe: Round Cheese Bread (using biscuit mix, mozzarella and parmesan)

1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
Additional Parmesan cheese for topping
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease an 8-inch round baking pan.
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients (batter will be thick). Spoon into prepared baking pan. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
Servings: 6-8
