Recipe(tried): Eagle Brand Chocolate Fudge Icing - Neal,In

I'm not sure this is what you are looking for, but is one that I use. Actually it is a fudge recipe.

1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (or chips of your choice)
1 tsp. vanilla

Microwves condensed milk and chips stirring until blended and all chips are melted.

Stir in vanilla. Let cool and then spread on cake.
