EASY CREAMED HAM CASSEROLE
1 pound cooked ham, cut in 1/2 -inch cubes
1 package (8 ounces) frozen small onions
2 packages (12-16 ounces) frozen creamed spinach
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Cook vegetables according to package directions.
Combine vegetables and cubed ham in casserole dish.
Cover with cheese and broil until cheese melts.
Servings: 6
