Recipe: Corn-Ham Chowder (microwave)

Soups
Corn-Ham Chowder

Simple, aromatic and delicious, this is the easiest winter dinner - add crusty French bread slices spread with melted butter and parmesan cheese and a vegetable or fruit.

2 cups cooked ham, cubed
1 1/4 cups milk (or 1 cup milk and 1/4 cup cream)
1 (17 ounce) can creamed-style corn
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Pour in to a 2-quart casserole dish and microwave on high for 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
