Recipe: Easy Hot Fudge Sauce with 5 Variations (using sweetened condensed milk, microwave)

EASY HOT FUDGE SAUCE

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup Karo Light Corn Syrup
1 teaspoon Durkee 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
Dash Durkee Ground Cinnamon

Combine condensed milk, chocolate chips and corn syrup in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted. Add vanilla and cinnamon.

Serve over ice cream, pound cake, brownies or fresh fruit.

TO MAKE AHEAD:
If not using immediately, refrigerate. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes until sauce is warm and pourable before serving.

VARIATIONS:

MILK CHOCOLATE:
Substitute milk chocolate chips for semi sweet, omit cinnamon

PEANUT BUTTER:
Substitute peanut butter for semi sweet, omit cinnamon.

WHITE CHOCOLATE:
Substitute white chocolate chips for the semi-sweet, omit vanilla and cinnamon. Add 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

MINT:
Substitute mint chips for the semi-sweet, omit vanilla and cinnamon

ORANGE:
Substitute dark chocolate chips for the semi-sweet, omit vanilla and cinnamon, add 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

Makes 3 cups
