Recipe: Cool Whip Frosting

COOL WHIP FROSTING

You can add a few drops of food coloring if desired.

1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip
Food coloring (optional)

Beat cream cheese and sugar in a small bowl with an electric mixer until well-blended. Add Cool Whip. Stir until well-blended.

Makes enough for 24 cupcakes
