EASY LUNCH CASSEROLE
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup Chinese (chow mein) noodles (plus 1 cup for topping)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup broken cashews
1 (10 3/4 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained
1/4 cup water
Toss all ingredients together lightly in a casserole dish, put 1 more cup of Chinese noodles on top.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.
