"The chili powder makes this different from other tuna casserole recipes!"

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups milk
2 teaspoons Durkee Chili Powder

1 cup (4 ounces) grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
2 tablespoons Durkee Parsley Flakes
2 tablespoons Durkee Minced Onion
1 teaspoon salt

1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained
4 cups cooked noodles (about 4 ounces dry)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan and stir flour in thoroughly. Slowly stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and reaches a boil.

Remove white sauce from heat and add chili powder; mix with cream. Stir in bell pepper, cheese, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and tuna. Add noodles. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes.
