Recipe(tried): Freeze ahead meals

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
Hi Karen,
I often make Lasagna, Chicken recipes, meat pies, pork chop recipes of different sorts, and you can even roast up your turkey now and freeze it in portions with or without gravy. Mashed potatoes can be prepared ahead and frozen.Of course a nice ham can be roasted without having to freeze it first. Check out your own recipes and I'm sure you will find a lot can be prepared in advance and frozen.
Good luck with your surgery and wish you a fast recovery.
