Recipe: Spinach Feta Pizza (with artichoke hearts, olives and roasted red pepper)

"A savory flavored oil tops this vegetarian pizza."
1 prepared pizza crust, partially baked (12- to 15-inches)
FOR THE TOPPINGS:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1-1/2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves
1/3 cup sliced, pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup jarred roasted red pepper strips, well drained
1/2 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts, well drained
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon Tone's Italian Seasoning
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
To top the pizza, combine olive oil and garlic. Brush over crust. Top with spinach, olives, red pepper strips and artichokes. Crumble feta cheese over vegetables. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over feta cheese; finish with Italian herb seasoning.
Bake on lowest oven rack at 425 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
