Recipe: Paula Deen's Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

PAULA DEEN'S BACON CHEESEBURGER MEATLOAF

1/3 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 lb lean ground beef
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled.
1 (8 oz) pkg sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup bread crumbs, toasted
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl combine ketchup and mustard; set aside.

In a large bowl combine the ground meat, 1/4 cup of the ketchup mixture and rest of ingredients; mix well. Shape meat mixture into a 9x5x3inch loaf pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over loaf.

Bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Makes one (9 inch) loaf pan
