Recipe: Frozen Salad Recipes

Are you sure it had bananas? They turn black when frozen... Here are a couple that can be adapted to the ingredients of your choice:
FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD OR DESSERT
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 reg. size can whole cranberries
1 sm. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 env. Dream Whip made according to pkg. directions
Cream together:
Add: Pour into foil lined loaf pan and freeze one day or more in advance of using.
FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. lemon juice
12 oz. whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and whipped topping, beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; stir to combine. Pour into mold and freeze until set. Serves 12. Each serving contains 258 calories.
