Frozen Yogurt
rec.food.cooking/Jack Ganse

For two heaping bowls of great tasting, nonfat yogurt which doesn't taste like yogurt:

A cup of fresh fruit (try a carton of raspberries which have been tossed in the food processor and strained to get the seeds out, AND a fresh peach cut up in little cubes)

1/4 to 1/3 cup of sugar depending on your sweet tooth

16 ounces of nonfat plain yogurt with the excess juice drained

Freeze as directed in ice cream machine

Enjoy! (especially since you're talking under 200 fat-free calories)
