This is so easy, and soooo good, but it does not use cream cheese. I don't see any reason why you couldn't whip in some cream cheese, though! I just use sour cream and mix in some brown sugar to taste. If you have a color theme, you can add a drop or two of desired food coloring. Enjoy!
