Recipe(tried): Fugasa

Appetizers and Snacks
My family makes fugasa... I guess I always thought it was an italian dish.

The dish we make is bread rolled out then cheeses placed on that then another rolled out bread on top of it covered with olive oil and salt.

Not much help but you may want to search recipes from Italy.
