ISO: Australian sourdough Fugasa Bread

I have eaten fugasa bread at a restaurant in Blowing Rock, NC - The Village Cafe. I have searched dilgently for a recipe with no luck. The bread is used for sandwiches and is superb. Their menu states it is an australian sourdough bread. Please help. Thank You! Bill
