Recipe(tried): Mexican Velveeta Rotel Dip (crock pot)
Appetizers and SnacksMEXICAN VELVEETA ROTEL DIP
This is delicious, and I never have any leftover!
1 pkg. mild sausage
1 pkg. hot sausage
1 big box Mexican Velveeta (or 2 small boxes)
1 can mild Rotel (tomatoes with chiles)
1 jar salsa (your own preference) I usually us mild
Brown your sausage first, and make sure you ground it up good; drain.
Mix your sausage and the rest of the ingredients in a crockpot. It's done when all the Velveeta melts.
Don't forget your chips for dipping. I prefer the Tostitos Scoops!
