Recipe: Party Chili Nuts (using chili powder)

PARTY CHILI NUTS

"Good with any kind of nut...peanuts, walnuts, etc."

1  teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Garlic Powder
1 1/2 teaspoons Durkee Hot Chili Powder
2  cups (one 12 ounce can) salted mixed nuts

Combine oil, garlic powder and chili powder in a skillet. Heat mixture over medium heat until hot, stirring occasionally.

Add nuts. Continue cooking 6 to 8 minutes or until nuts are toasted, stirring often. Remove from heat. 

Serve warm or at room temperature. Season with salt, if desired.
