Recipe(tried): Great Marinade for Meat! Steak, Chicken, Pork, Brisket, and More and Cheap!

Toppings - Rubs and Marinades
GREAT MARINADE FOR MEAT!
(Steak, Chicken, Pork, Brisket, and More and Cheap!)

Equal amounts olive oil and Coca Cola
steak seasoning (to taste)

Mix well. Place meat in large Ziploc bag. Pour marinade in and place in fridge overnight.

Pork chops will melt in your mouth. Place on cookie sheet with foil and put marinated pork chops in oven and the will melt in your mouth. I always add a little extra Coke to my marinade because Coke breaks that down.

Coke is great for your turkey as well. Clean turkey out and put a stick of butter in and pour coke in and all over top. Cook turkey in an oven roasting bag. That is great and same with whole chicken.

Good Luck!
