Recipe: Green Goddess Dressing (using half-and-half and tahini)

GREEN GODDESS DRESSING

1 cup half-and-half
1/3 cup canola oil
4 anchovy fillets
1 scallion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons tahini (a ground sesame-seed paste)

Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
