Recipe(tried): Grilled Mahi-Mahi

Misc.
Denise, my favorite way to prepare Mahi-Mahi is to grill it over a charcoal fire, give it a squeeze of fresh lime and serve with a fresh pineapple or fresh mango salsa. This is a wonderful summer entree.
