Hi Crissy, With those small pieces left over here is a good "HAM BISCUIT" recipe.
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup cold water
3/4 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Stir all ingredients (except ham) to a soft dough. Gently smooth dough into a ball. Knead 5 times. Pinch off dough & thinly smooth around small ham pieces. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 450 for 8 min. Yield 36 small ham biscuits.
HAM SALAD: Take the 'scraps'; meaning shredded pieces or unsuitable slices not fat or grizzle of course. Place in food processor with blade attachment and grind to desired consistency. Add mayo and favorite relish. Add a little chopped celery and onion. Very good on rolls or sourdough toast.
