Recipe: Hawaiian Wedding Cake (and other cake recipes requested)

HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE

Bake 1 yellow cake (I prefer Duncan Hines) following package directions in a 13x9-inch pan. Use your own recipe or a box mix. Let cool.

FOR TOPPING THE CAKE:
2 1/2 cups milk
1 (8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese, softened
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
coconut.

Blend together the milk, cream cheese, and vanilla pudding mix (dry). Spread on cooled cake.

Spread pineapple over the pudding layer.

Spread Cool Whip over pineapple.

Sprinkle coconut over top. Refrigerate until well chilled before serving.
