1 Flank Steak

Coffee Mop Sauce:
1/2 c tomato sauce
1 c strong black coffee
1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP salt
1 stick butter
1 TBSP pepper

combine sauce ingredients and simmer 20 minutes. coll. marinate the meat in the sauce for several hours. grill over charcoal, basting frequently.
