no she means Carne Guisada
they serve it a lot around here in central texas ( New Braunfels) and it's very good. it's kinda like a stew with big chunks of beef and a thick brown sauce flavored with cumin ( Cominos)
unfortunaltey I don't have a good recipe.. all my efforts have turned out a lot blander (and kinda pasty )than what I find in restaurants, so I'm lookin for a good recipe too!
