Morning there,
Many thanks for the rec.Thought you might like my herby one.You can also plonk
the lot in a food processer,also freezes well.

HERBY PASTRY
************
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp dried herbs of choice(1 1/2 Tbls fresh chopped)
1 cup butter
1 cup cream cheese

Sift salt and flour,add herbs,Rub in butter til breadcrumb stage,add cream
cheese and mix til a soft consistency,Chill for 1/2 hr prior to useing.

I keep some in the freezer for savoury tarts and it makes great sausage
rolls!!!!!
