Recipe: Homemade Pimento Cheese for T Henderson

HOMEMADE PIMENTO CHEESE

2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. jar pimentos
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Combine in medium saucepan, all ingredients except pimentos. Cut cheese into small blocks and let melt over medium heat with other ingredients in saucepan. When cheese is melted combine pimentos with mixture. Put in container and refrigerate.
