I just tried these brownies my friend taught me how to make. It's a brownie in the shape of your choice with ice cream in the same shape on top. Yum!! (NOTE: You need a lot of freezer space).
ICE CREAM BROWNIES
1) Prepare brownies from a mix or however you want to make them. Spread into a 13x9-inch pan and bake.
2) Arrange various tall cookie cutters on the cooled brownies. DO NOT CUT.
3) Spoon softened ice cream into the cookie cutters (whatever flavor you like, I prefer vanilla).
4) Freeze for several hours until firm.
5) Remove from freezer and press down on the cookie cutters. Remove the shapes and serve!
