Hi Elly,
again this is not the 123 jello you refered to but i did this last month and it was good so thought i'd pass it on as well.
I simply made 2 pkgs jello with instructions for 1 box ie used 1/2 the liquid for 2 boxes.
I then poured in oh 1/2 cup or so of heavy whipping cream and gave it a good stirring ... as it set up the cream layer floated to the top -- looked pretty and tasted good!
