Recipe: Strawberry Whip (3-Layer)

Misc.

Elly,

Here is a recipe that separates into 3 layers of graduated color as it sets in the refrigerator. It also tastes great! Just thought I would throw in this one, too, although it obviously doesn't have a creamy layer.

Strawberry Whip (3-Layer)

10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin

Blend strawberries in blender until smooth. Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Add gelatin liquid to blender and blend again until smooth. Refrigerate until set.
