Recipe: Rotel Chili Con Queso (using cheddar cheese soup, 1970's)

CHILI CON QUESO


1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel Tomatoes and Green Chilies
2 cans (11 oz. each) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
corn chips or tortilla chips (for serving)

In skillet, gradually stir Rotel into soup. Simmer uncovered 20 minutes or until desired consistency. Stir occasionally.

Serve with corn chips or tortilla chips.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
