Recipe(tried): Kraut Salad

This is really easy and very good.

KRAUT SALAD

1 large jar of sauerkraut, drained
1 large carrot, shredded
1 cup celery, finely diced
1/2 med. green pepper, finely diced
1/2 med. red bell pepper, finely diced
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 - 1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
celery seeds as desired
Mix all together and let set in fridge for a few hours before serving.
